Teaching

Lauren is a dedicated educator committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in her courses as well as helping her students develop the critical thinking skills needed to succeed upon graduation. By fostering an environment of mutual respect and encouragement, she is able to promote these values in the classroom.

Lauren has received advanced training in undergraduate-level teaching from the Preparing Future Faculty program at Claremont Graduate University, a rigorous training program for teaching and leading in post-secondary education. In addition, her educational background has prepared her to teach courses relating to comparative politics, international relations, political economy, and research methods.
